Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to support clients in the Denver DTC area. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, providing user support across phone, email, chat, or in-person channels, and managing user accounts and access.

You will install software, configure systems, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and issue resolution across software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• User support via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• User account management including password resets and access control.
• Software installation and configuration on user devices.
• Hardware setup and maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting end-user issues and restoring services per SLA.
• Provide user support via multiple channels and document the interactions.
• Manage user accounts and access controls across systems.
• Install, configure and update software and operating systems on devices.
• Set up and maintain IT hardware and peripherals for users.
