Qualifications

Experience in diagnosing and replacing hardware components.

Able to work independently in on-site support environments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support at client locations.
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
Support network connectivity issues and LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures during onsite tasks.
