Job summary

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Lexington, MA IT team. You will provide end-user support, manage Microsoft 365 services, Intune, Jamf, and device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, and iOS, in a regulated pharma environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in desktop support, an associate degree (bachelors preferred), and strong customer service with problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 3+ years in Desktop Support.
• Experience in FDA-regulated/pharma environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS/iOS support.
• Familiarity with M365 admin centers, Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level end-user support via multiple channels.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, printers.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle IT processes.
• Assist with software licenses, updates, and access controls.
• Support M365 administration, including licensing, service health, and escalations.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and end-user documentation.
