MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Deskside Support/Desktop Support Analyst to deliver enterprise‑level IT support across government environments. You will assist end users with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop systems, laptops, and mobile devices.

The role emphasizes endpoint management, incident resolution, and collaboration with system administrators, cybersecurity, and network teams to ensure secure and reliable operations in mission‑critical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4–7 years of desktop/endpoint support experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, image, deploy, and maintain Windows OS and endpoint devices.
• Manage software deployment, patching, and updates.
• Monitor endpoint health and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
