Job summary
The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Desktop Support Tech I to help install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, peripherals, and software. Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple environments, plus a basic Associates degree or equivalent experience, is preferred.

- Assist users with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktops and peripherals.
- Provide on-site and remote support across multiple locations in the Kansas City area.
- Document issues and resolutions in the service desk system.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex problems.
