Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 1 year of experience in lieu of Associates Degree.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computing platforms within guidelines.
• Provide on-site, phone, email, or chat support in a prompt, professional manner.
• Work with third-party vendors to resolve problems with desktop equipment and software.
• Document issue details and resolutions in the hospital ticketing system and maintain knowledge articles.
