Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline end-user support across campuses. You will diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues, log tickets, and coordinate with vendors for service restoration.

Expect occasional on-site travel to communities in the region and to assist during transitions. Strong communication, documentation, and SLA adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field is required.
• 0–3+ years of IT/helpdesk experience preferred.
• A+ and/or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-demand phone and remote support for end users.
• Record time and track tickets in Service Desk and Intervals portals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across devices.
• Coordinate with vendors for service provisioning and issues.
• Escalate incidents according to SLAs and follow up with users.
