Qualifications

• Currently attending a 2- or 4-year accredited college or university, pursuing a STEM major.
• Availability to work part-time, 20 hours per week onsite.
• High level of quality and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between HQ and Retail locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Provide onsite printer support for printers and toners.
• Configure new desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals according to SOPs.
• Review knowledge base and SOPs, update outdated SOPs and create new procedures.
