Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for basic hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide onsite support for printer-related issues and requests, including label, mobile, receipt printers, and toners.
• Configure new desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals per SOPs.
• Review and update SOPs and knowledge base for new or changing processes, and create new SOPs.
