Qualifications

• Experience with incident, service requests, and change management
• Willingness to be escalation point for outages outside business hours

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite or remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when needed
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset inventory
• Collaborate with remote IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device setup
• Contribute to the Knowledge Base with articles and updates
• Provide excellent user support via phone, email or in person
