Job summary

OakTree Staffing seeks an experienced Desktop Support specialist to join our IT Operations team in Oklahoma City. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, assist new hires, and maintain documentation.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years in desktop support, and hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and remote management tools. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of desktop support or similar IT experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, hardware, and software support.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support to end users for hardware/software issues not solvable remotely.
• Onboard new employees by provisioning, configuring, and installing hardware for specific roles.
• Troubleshoot, image, and configure Dell hardware with required software.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries for efficient, permanent resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of daily tasks, issues, and solutions.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors in person or virtually to resolve issues.
• Provide basic support and troubleshooting for A/V equipment, including Logitech Tap systems.
