Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Support specialist for a 12 months contract in Seattle, WA onsite. You will provide on-site and remote IT support across Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android, ensuring quick issue resolution and user productivity.

Responsibilities include hardware troubleshooting, asset management, user onboarding and training, and coordination with vendors for warranty and tech refresh. This role requires strong collaboration with global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing deskside and remote IT support across Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Familiar with asset management, lifecycle, and hardware refresh.
• Knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for warranties.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate warranty laptop/desktop support with OEM vendors.
• Manage asset lifecycle and license compliance.
• Support site printing and telecommunication needs.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training on devices.
• Support offboarding and asset return processes.
• Participate in proactive tech refresh planning.
