• Experience providing onsite and remote Deskside/IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and IT asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users.
• Manage MAC and Windows systems, software installations and configurations.
• Assist with hardware maintenance, tech refresh and asset tracking.
• Support new hires with workstation setup and onboarding processes.
• Handle incident management and coordinate with global IT teams.
