Actalent in Denver, CO is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our Internal Team. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meeting with hiring managers to sourcing and screening candidates, building a strong consultant network, and guiding them through start dates.

No recruiting experience required; you will receive a 13-week paid training. The role starts with an initial base salary of $50,000, rising to $60,000 after one year, plus unlimited commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants via interviews and reference checks.
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for start dates.
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain engagement throughout employment.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships to help advance careers.
