Responsibilities

• Use internal database and job boards to find candidates.
• Make 50 calls daily to prospective candidates.
• Screen candidates for jobs both over the phone and in person.
• Facilitate onboarding process.
• Implement creative recruiting strategies to find candidates.
• Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Generate sales leads for Sales and Account Management.
