Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee in Denver to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from needs assessment with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top consultants.

You will build trusted relationships, mentor consultants through interviews, and nurture engagement post-placement, with a pipeline-driven, performance-based culture and substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from meeting with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools and screenings.
• Screen consultants via interviews and references to ensure fit.
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for starting roles.
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain engagement throughout employment.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with industry skills.
