Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC operates data centers providing critical IT infrastructure and support services for customers. The Critical Operations Technician II will install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment across interior and exterior building areas.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, performing routine tests, assisting customers on the data center floor, logging tickets, and escalating issues to systems engineers.

Qualifications

• Five or more of technical training, military training, or workplace equivalency.
• Background in IT, electrical, and/or mechanical.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Applies learning, knowledge, skills, and company policies to IT, electrical and mechanical equipment, controls, and operating systems.
• Leads, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
