Job summary

QTS is seeking a Critical Operations Technician I to install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, and mechanical equipment across a 24x7 data center. You will monitor systems, perform tests, manage tickets, and assist customers on the floor.

On-site work is required; remote/hybrid options are not available. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, documenting activities, and escalating issues to systems engineers.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of technical training or work experience in IT/electrical/mechanical domains.
• Background in IT, electrical, and/or mechanical areas.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, and mechanical equipment and controls.
• Lead preventive maintenance and monitor building systems.
• Provide remote hands and eyes services for customers and assist on the Data Center floor.
