Job summary

Atrium is seeking an L1 Data Center Technician to provide hands-on onsite support in a Denver, Colorado data center. You will handle hardware installation, cabling, break/fix, and inventory management to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on technical support or data center experience, strong hardware troubleshooting skills, and basic networking knowledge. This is a fully onsite role requiring five days per week.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on data center or IT support experience.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and basic networking skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on data center break/fix, hardware installation, deployment, and troubleshooting for servers and network equipment.
• Execute rack-and-stack activities, including equipment installation and labeling.
• Install and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling and network connections.
• Monitor and manage tickets in ITSM systems and document work performed.
• Diagnose and replace failed hardware components and manage inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and escalation processes; maintain asset records.
