Atrium Staffing is seeking an experienced L2 Data Center Technician to support hands-on infrastructure operations, hardware deployments, and rack-and-stack activities in a data center environment.

The role emphasizes practical hands-on experience with data center hardware, cabling, and deployment projects, with onsite work required and a focus on clear communication of past projects and technical details.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an L2 Data Center Technician or similar data center role.
• Genuine, verifiable experience in data center operations.
• Strong rack-and-stack experience with data center hardware.
• Hands-on hardware deployment and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working with fiber and copper cabling.
• Basic networking and cabling knowledge.
• Ability to clearly explain previous projects, hardware supported, rack units (RU), cabling, and deployments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a data center environment.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on data center operations and infrastructure support.
• Execute rack-and-stack activities for data center hardware.
• Deploy, install, and troubleshoot hardware.
• Perform fiber and copper cabling activities.
• Support hardware deployment and infrastructure projects.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity-related issues.
• Document and communicate completed deployment activities.
• Clearly communicate previous technical projects and hands-on experience.
• Support infrastructure utilizing modern technologies, including GPU-based environments.
• Work with data center cooling technologies, including air and liquid cooling, as applicable.
