Job summary

Atrium is seeking an L1 Data Center Technician to provide hands-on, onsite support in Denver. The role emphasizes hardware installation, troubleshooting, rack-and-stack, cabling, and inventory management within a fast-paced, procedure-driven data center environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on technical support or data center experience, strong hardware skills, and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on technical support or data center experience.
Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix skills.
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
Ability to follow technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on data center break/fix, hardware installation, deployment, and troubleshooting for servers, network equipment, and storage.
Execute rack-and-stack activities, including equipment installation, labeling, and physical connectivity.
Install, trace, label, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling and network connections.
Monitor and manage tickets through ITSM systems, ensuring incidents are resolved per procedures.
