Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the Project Controls team for a data center project. This on-site role supports the Spartanburg, SC location and encompasses engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout scheduling activities.

You will develop and maintain integrated schedules, coordinate with commissioning and startup teams, and report on schedule health, risks, and recovery strategies to project leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of project scheduling experience on mission-critical facilities or large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience supporting commissioning-intensive projects (data centers, life sciences, pharma, power generation).
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and knowledge of EPC/EPCM execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Coordinate with commissioning and startup teams to develop turnover plans and schedules.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, or commissioning changes.
• Facilitate schedule development meetings with project stakeholders and prepare dashboards/reports.
