Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team for a data center project in Spartanburg, SC. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and reporting integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of scheduling in mission-critical facilities or large-scale projects, with advanced Primavera P6 skills and EPC/EPCM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of project scheduling experience on mission-critical facilities or large-scale projects.
• Experience supporting commissioning-intensive projects and system turnover.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules.
• Coordinate with commissioning managers and startup teams on schedules and turnover plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts from changes in scope, design, procurement, or commissioning.
• Facilitate schedule development and progress review meetings with stakeholders.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance processes.
• Review schedule logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path.
• Provide progress updates, forecasts, and schedule health assessments.
• Generate schedule reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Participate in client meetings to communicate schedule performance and risks.
