Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team for large-scale data center projects, on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will develop, maintain, analyze, and report integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.

The ideal candidate has strong EPC/EPCM execution knowledge, advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, and the ability to translate complex project details into actionable schedule insights,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of project scheduling experience for mission-critical facilities or large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience supporting commissioning-intensive projects such as data centers and manufacturing facilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong EPC/EPCM execution knowledge.
• Experience developing and maintaining resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules; risk and critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud
• Collaborate with commissioning managers and startup teams on schedules and turnover plans
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction, or commissioning changes
• Facilitate schedule development, planning, and progress reviews with stakeholders
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance processes
• Review schedule logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical paths
• Perform progress updates, forecasting, variance analysis, and schedule health assessments
• Support IAP sessions, pull-planning workshops, and execution planning
• Generate schedule reports and presentations for leadership and clients
