Job summary

Jacobs in the United States seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team supporting large-scale data center projects on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will develop, maintain, analyze, and report integrated schedules across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and client teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of scheduling experience in mission-critical facilities, with Primavera P6 expertise, EPC/EPCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Understanding EPC/EPCM and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Work with commissioning managers and startup teams to develop commissioning schedules and turnover plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction, or commissioning changes.
• Facilitate schedule development, planning, and progress review meetings with stakeholders.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance processes.
• Review and validate schedule logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path activities.
• Perform progress updates, forecasting, variance analysis, and schedule health assessments.
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and management presentations for leadership and clients.
• Participate in client meetings to communicate performance, risks, and recovery strategies.
