Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team for a data center project in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site role requires developing, maintaining, and reporting integrated schedules across the full lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project scheduling experience for mission-critical facilities, data centers, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience in commissioning-intensive projects such as data centers, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, power facilities, or life sciences.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and knowledge of EPC/EPCM execution.
• Experience developing resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules; strong schedule risk analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Coordinate with commissioning and startup teams to develop turnover and commissioning schedules.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction, or commissioning changes.
• Facilitate schedule development meetings with project stakeholders and establish WBS and governance.
• Review schedule logic, durations, calendars, and critical path; provide forecast and variance analyses.
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and clients.
