Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a proactive Construction Scheduler to drive program-wide schedules for our data center portfolio. This on-site role in Shackelford County, TX requires strong CPM skills, experience with P6, Procore, and Power BI, and the ability to optimize complex project timelines.

You will create and maintain schedules, analyze critical paths, coordinate with multiple teams, and provide clear schedule reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Estimating or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years related work experience in construction or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and construction documents; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and analyze critical path schedules independently, efficiently and comprehensively.
• Develop comprehensive plans communicating programs, projects, and strategic goals.
• Represent a feasible planning approach for our main internal customer – Construction.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written forms, and graphically as needed.
• Monitor schedule performance data, perform data analysis, and issue management reports.
• Understand cost estimating and productivity to set schedule parameters.
• Investigate constraints in planning and perform Time Impact Analysis and Claims analysis.
• Utilize Acumen Fuse or similar scheduling diagnostic tools to monitor performance and prepare reports.
• Develop schedule variance analyses and support continuous process improvements.
• Travel up to 50% based on business needs.
