Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of scheduling/PM experience, preferably in data centers.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Experience with Procore and Power BI preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed schedules.
• Prepare schedules at every stage from concept through commissioning.
• Define activities, durations, logic, and resource loading.
• Develop schedule variance analyses and risk scenarios.
• Monitor performance data and generate management reports.
