Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC in Shackelford County, Texas, is seeking a hands-on Construction Scheduler to drive program-level schedules across the company portfolio. You will join the Project Controls team to create schedules from concept through commissioning and identify opportunities to shorten durations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 3–5 years of scheduling experience, and strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Procore, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quantity estimating, or related field.
• 3–5 years of scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (P6).
• Experience with Procore & Power BI encouraged.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual and detailed schedules.
• Define activities, durations, logic, and resource loading.
• Develop scheduling policies and roll out across teams.
• Monitor schedule performance and generate reports for management.
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis and schedule risk scenarios (Monte Carlo).
• Collaborate with construction and project controls teams.
