Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Owner Representative / Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction initiatives onsite in Omaha, NE. The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, and vendor compliance across sophisticated projects.

You will coordinate design teams, manage approvals, conduct constructability reviews, and supervise on-site progress to ensure timely project completion and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering is required.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5+ years of related experience in project management and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage Master Project Schedule (P6) and Master Project Budget.
• Coordinate design teams, vendor pre-qualification, bid analysis, and contractor negotiations.
• Oversee cost/change control, cash flow, and QA/QC processes.
• Lead OAC and project meetings and manage closeout documentation.
