Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead data center construction projects onsite at multiple locations, including Atlanta, GA and Summerville, SC. You will drive master schedules, budgets, vendor pre-qualification, and contract terms to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will coordinate design teams, QA/QC, change control, and closeout activities, working with general contractors and owner-direct vendors to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule with the GC based on Critical Path and milestones.
• Create and manage Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance and contingencies.
• Support pre-qualification, bids, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts with client and counsel, establish GC terms and rates.
• Coordinate Design Team activities and constructability reviews.
