CBRE is seeking an Owner Representative / Sr. Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction in Omaha, NE. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor compliance while coordinating with design teams and authorities.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and the role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Construction/Engineering with 5+ years of related experience and strong MEP construction management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid track record leading capital projects.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule and budget with GC and vendors.
• Coordinate design teams and city/authority approvals; QA/QC.
• Manage cost/change control, cash flow, and procurement of owner-direct vendors.
