Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Owner Representative / Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction in Omaha, NE. The role requires driving master schedules, budgets, vendor compliance, and close oversight of QA/QC.

You will coordinate design teams, solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement and payments. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with experience leading capital projects.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule development based on Critical Path and milestones.
• Create and manage Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, contingencies, bonds and insurance.
• Support pre-qualification, bids, analysis and recommendations for contractors.
• Negotiate contracts, establish GC terms, fees, insurance, and labor rates.
• Coordinate Design Team activities and manage permits and approvals.
• Oversee cost estimates with subs and vendors for scope gaps/changes.
• Lead cost/change control, including change orders and delay analysis.
• Monitor budget, schedule and QA/QC, track submittals, RFI’s, invoices, and payments.
• Facilitate OAC meetings and closeout documentation.
