Job summary

CBRE in Omaha, NE seeks an Owner Representative / Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction. You will oversee budgets, schedules, vendor compliance, and contract terms across sophisticated projects onsite.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. You will coordinate design teams, obtain approvals, manage cost control, QA/QC and closeout, and drive successful occupancy readiness with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Strong track record of capital project delivery with MEP emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule and budget for data center projects.
• Coordinate design team, permits, and approvals.
• Manage owner-direct vendors and consultants, including cost/change control.
• Oversee QA/QC, invoices, payments, and closeout activities.
