Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Owner Representative Project Manager to lead data center construction projects, ensuring vendor compliance with construction agreements and managing budget and schedule across varying project sizes.

This onsite role covers locations including Moncks Corner, SC; Lenoir, NC; Atlanta, GA; Summerville, SC, and requires strong leadership of GC and vendor teams to drive project results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering required.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with track record of capital projects.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Master Project Schedule with GC based on Critical Path.
• Create and manage Master Project Budget including all costs.
• Support pre-qualification, bids, analysis and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and establish GC terms with client and counsel.
• Coordinate design team activities and permitting processes.
• Lead cost/change control, change orders and delay analysis.
