Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 2–4 years of equivalent work experience required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in executive support, operations coordination, data center or facility administration, customer-facing support, project coordination, event planning, concierge services, or a related administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Strong project management, including tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Experience planning meetings, events, site visits, and stakeholder engagements.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong analytical skills using data to identify trends, prepare reports, track work requests, and support business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership updates.
• Ability to anticipate needs and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to multiple data center facilities, including work requests, dispatch updates, escalations, inquiries, and customer or facility issues.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues or route them to the appropriate team using SOP knowledge.
• Manage complex calendars, travel schedules, meeting logistics, and competing priorities.
• Serve as primary liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
