Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting hardware, software, and equipment. This is primarily a customer service and support role centered on helping customers resolve technical issues.

You will communicate clearly with customers, document steps in the CRM, and work with service technicians to ensure timely resolutions. This is an onsite, day‑time position with growth opportunities in a growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years in customer service, support, or related roles.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to products.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and equipment issues with customers and technicians.
• Guide customers through solutions and provide product support and guidance.
• Use remote support tools for troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate updates to equipment, software, firmware, and hardware.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Track product issues and work with internal teams toward resolution.
