Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products, Inc. in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account details.

The role requires strong communication skills and experience with ERP systems and MS Office, operating on site in the North San Diego area. Responsibilities include processing orders, providing price/availability, expediting orders, and handling returns.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in distribution/manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and data entry.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail.
• Enter orders into JDE and confirm promise dates to customers.
• Provide customers with SEIP Price and Availability information.
• Expedite customer orders and handle returns/credits as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales Service Representative and other departments to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain literature inventory and update the Spec Library.
