Intelli-Tec Security Services in Syosset, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the company, handling inquiries by phone and email and coordinating with on-site managers and technicians to resolve issues.

In this 100% in-office role, you will maintain accurate records, schedule service appointments, and provide essential administrative support while ensuring clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate’s Degree.
• Attention to detail with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full professional working proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Valid Driver License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer inquiries via phone and email and prioritize them appropriately to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly.
• Efficiently schedule service appointments based on priority, availability and location.
• Maintain real-time updates on service tickets and communicate delays or issues to the Service Manager.
• Ensure detailed physical and digital record keeping of all incoming requests, tasks and technician assignments.
• Collaborate with onsite facility managers and point of contact to communicate progress, delays or additional service requests.
• Conduct follow-ups with onsite managers to ensure the completed projects meet all required standards.
• Provide extensive administrative support to technicians, including ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
