Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Brookshire, TX onsite to support customers, business partners, and drivers while coordinating delivery operations. This role blends customer service, dispatch, route monitoring, and call handling in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will multitask effectively, excel in communication, and have experience in dispatch or route monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or related environment.
• Dispatch or route monitoring experience preferred.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions
• Diagnose and resolve delivery-related issues
• Monitor delivery routes and driver progress
• Support dispatch and route coordination activities
• Process delivery changes and cancellations
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding delivery status
• Maintain accurate information across systems and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
