A customer service company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Customer Support / Order Management representative. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with order issues, and providing top-notch support. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. This is a W2 contract position offering a pay rate of $18.38 per hour. Applicants should have their own laptop and be able to work onsite for four days a week.
