The role involves providing administrative support focused on coffee-based orders, processing weekly orders, and interacting with external warehouse teams for timely shipments. Candidates must have 3–5 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work onsite 4 days a week. This position requires providing your own laptop initially.
