Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCADdivision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Omaha, NE facility, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm. You will handle order entry, updates, ERP/CRM data maintenance, and support plant metrics and ISO instructions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, communicating with internal/external customers, and contributing to weekly production meetings.

Qualifications

Associates degree or current pursuit in business or related field with graduation by Dec 2026.
Experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
Residence within 50 miles of Omaha, NE; no relocation assistance.
No immigration sponsorship provided by Eaton.

Responsibilities

Perform customer service functions for assigned product lines, including routine order maintenance and timely updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Create and maintain online order folders to support record-keeping.
Process and distribute Vista/SAP change notices; approve/reject changes as needed.
Provide back-up support for other customer service roles in the team.
Support OTP/AWSD monthly reporting and plant metrics; participate in production meetings.
Maintain accurate customer order information in ERP/CRM systems; assist in new work schedules for delayed shipments.
