Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years customer interface experience.
• Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status.
• No immigration sponsorship is provided; location near Euclid, OH.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary focal point for customer inquiries and voice of the customer.
• Ensure quotes and proposals flow through proper processes and are entered in ERP.
• Maintain demand alignment in the SIOP process for assigned customers.
• Ensure customer sourcing requirements are fulfilled in supplier web-based systems.
• Provide proactive order status updates and feedback to customers.
• Coordinate internal departments to meet customer commitments and resolve issues.
• Assess market delivery options and support contract pricing discussions.
• Maintain customer metrics and update records for account responsibility.
• Represent the company at customer review meetings and ensure proper shipping documentation.
