Job summary

AWT is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Minneapolis, MN facility. You will convey order and product information to customers, process orders, maintain inventories, resolve complaints, and support special projects.

Must be onsite 5 days/week at 600 Hoover St NE Unit 500, Minneapolis, MN 55413. The role serves as the primary liaison among customer, planning, sales, manufacturing and scheduling, ensuring PO accuracy, coordinating quotes, ship dates, and timely communication across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3-5 years customer service experience preferred.
• Printing knowledge is a plus; strong communication and detail orientation are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is expected.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact between customer, planning, sales, manufacturing and scheduling.
• Review accuracy of customer PO and specifications against quote; communicate discrepancies.
• Notify customers of ship dates and provide timely updates to sales on job status.
• Document all job changes and communicate pricing changes to customer.
• Manage customer-owned inventory and coordinate with shipping for timely processing.
• Support ISO SOPs and participate in quality/process improvement initiatives.
