Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Order Planning Specialist to manage the Master Production Schedule and related orders. You will coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and optimize resources.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning using BI tools and ERP systems. The position requires experience in manufacturing, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and familiarity with ERP environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems (0–3 years).
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of inventory control and production planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review, support and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and Customer Orders (COs).
• Coordinate production plans with the MPS and monitor targets to meet delivery needs.
• Manage planning parameters within MRP/ERP for demand planning and scheduling.
• Use BI and automation tools to improve planning and reporting.
• Ensure alignment of schedules with material availability and customer commitments.
• Support shortage review meetings and guidance to Purchasing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
