Eakes, Inc. in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the front line for sales personnel and customers. You will answer product questions, handle delivery inquiries, process orders, and provide product recommendations to support the sales team.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year office products experience preferred.
• Customer service/telemarketing experience preferred.
• Data entry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries with positive attitude.
• Assist customers with placing orders.
• Assist sales reps. with orders and communicate issues.
• Obtain all information necessary to accurately enter orders.
• Offer product suggestions regarding specials, promotions, and quantity price breaks to increase sales volume.
• Research & communicate with appropriate personnel or customer when problem solving for status of customer orders.
• Process customer returns.
• Utilize live chats with customers to assist with internet ordering.
• Set up online accounts.
• Process daily billing.
• Other duties as assigned.
