Qualifications

• Customer service experience with problem resolution and responsibilities beyond scripted support or basic order entry.
• Experience managing customer requests, orders, or similar work through multiple steps from start to finish.
• Background combining customer communication with order processing, inventory, logistics, or internal operations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teammates and multiple departments to solve problems.
• Ability to manage several active priorities while staying accurate and organized.
• Comfortable in changing workloads, priorities, and responsibilities throughout the day.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within established procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers by phone and email.
• Experience entering and maintaining information in CRM/ERP/order-management systems.
• Track record of reliability and follow-through in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer orders and requests at different stages with accuracy and follow-through.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding products, pricing, orders, shipping, and service questions.
• Coordinate customer needs from initial request through resolution, with necessary steps and follow-up.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, inventory, shipping, and operations.
• Process customer orders and maintain records of interactions, requests, actions, and outcomes.
• Review information and use sound judgment to resolve issues within procedures, escalating when needed.
• Move between customer communication, order processing, admin tasks, and internal coordination as priorities shift.
• Handle frequent calls and emails while keeping important details intact.
• Assist with general admin duties and other business needs as assigned.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing information and addressing needs.
