Job summary

Qualifications

• Daily communication with customers.
• Familiarity with office equipment and applications (i.e., Calendars, copy machines).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customer purchase orders as sales orders.
• Generate return authorizations and credit explanations.
• Monitor customer shorts and communicate with customers.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of all order processing.
• Provide customer support via email, phone, and fax.
