Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about products, pricing, orders, shipping, and tracking information.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide updates regarding backorders, special orders, returns, and shipments.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records, spreadsheets, and order documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs.
• Support sales representatives and internal teams with administrative tasks.
• Inform customers about available products, services, and programs.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions according to company policies.
